Meet the Founders
Michael Mbiyu founded Deal Flow to address a specific gap: the operational and informational complexity that accumulates around principals before it warrants building a full private office. The practice operates from Dubai across the UAE, Africa, and Europe.
His work focuses on what staff and general advisors cannot quietly manage exposure that compounds online, inbound volume that consumes the principal’s bandwidth, and the operational layer of private affairs that doesn’t fit a department.
He works with a small number of principals at any given time. Engagements are private, and access is by introduction or application.
He is Kenyan by nationality, has lived in the UAE since 2015 and has experience in both the government transport sector as well as private sector both dealing with principals and stake holders.Outside the practice, his interests are Fomula 1 F1 and Padel.
